My strategy for promoting Ayn Rand and advancing Objectivism is to focus on a few key result-producing activities:
- Ayn Rand’s and Leonard Peikoff’s Books: I want to promote Ayn Rand’s and Leonard Peikoff’s books by increasing their sales and encouraging their readership and study.
- Leonard Peikoff’s Courses: I want to publicize and deliver Leonard’s courses professionally to thousands worldwide, especially his course The History of Philosophy.
- Ayn Rand Centers: I want to see Ayn Rand Centers all around the world, such as the Ayn Rand Center Israel and the Ayn Rand Center Europe. (Click here to see the centers that have been created thus far.)
This is the Prometheus way. If you know of better ways, I would appreciate hearing from you. I’m always open to other ideas for promoting Ayn Rand and advancing Objectivism.

I think part of the answer is more cultural engagement with non-Objectivists, but fans at least, who appreciate things she stood for like reason, individualism or capitalism. Rand said ad-hoc (as needed) issues were appropriate to work on with other groups. Well, it’s now needed. Alliances will be won while working on small projects together, and her ideas will grow in influence in that way, even among people who don’t become full Objectivists.
