California is perpetuating racism in its community colleges—by redefining words.
Particularly disturbing is their redefinition of “merit,” a concept that is so important for the advancement and improvement of our world. The meritorious are those outstanding men and women who discover, innovate, and produce wealth, and whose actions thereby benefit all of us. Yet California’s community colleges redefine it as:
A concept that… is embedded in the ideology of whiteness and upholds race-based structural inequality. Merit protects white privilege under the guise of standards as highlighted by anti-affirmative action forces.
There are other dreadful redefinitions of “color blindness,” “white supremacy,” etc.—a 12-page glossary of distortion and destruction of language. This was a tactic used by the communists for generations: They redefined words that corrupted language to their advantage.
Below is a summary of “DEI Invades Community Colleges Too,” an article on this topic recently published in the Wall Street Journal.
The article discusses how Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives are being implemented in community colleges. The author, an English professor at Antelope Valley College, describes a 12-page “Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility Glossary of Terms” published by the California Community Colleges system. The glossary may be considered a manifesto guiding campus policies, hiring, faculty evaluations, and course outlines, one that commits the colleges to a radical, racially charged ideology. The glossary of terms even redefines such concepts as “merit” and “white supremacy” in ways that align with this ideology. The author reveals the expectation that college faculty members actively propagate DEI dogma and recounts the suppression of dissent in campus meetings. The article suggests that community colleges and other non-elite institutions should also be scrutinized for their adoption of DEI initiatives.

The college problem is the result of a much larger problem which is communism is using subversion since the 2000s to destroy the USA. The Donald Trump case proves that. Just look at how justice is being attack from all sides. My reply is not specifically about the post, I believe it was important for me to show how both situations are linked in many ways. It is my way to bring something new to the table by talking about the Trump case. Since the essence of the case seems to be misunderstood, let’s look at the possible scenario. The essence of the case is did Mr. Trump and the White House accounting used Public or Campaign money to pay back Mr. Cohen by using nine checks. Those checks would have been used to dissimulate the NDA real amount own to Mr. Cohen. Smaller amounts obviously help make payments look like they are for legal expense. But in the end, it also shows how bad the NDA affair was managed. Instead of paying the NDA right away before he was elected, Mr. Trump went to ask Mr. Cohen to pay for the NDA. In my opinion, for two possible reasons. First, if he was going to be elected, he would use the White House public money to pay back Mr. Cohen pretending the checks are for legal expenses other than the NDA signed before he was in office. That would actually be the reason why the documents needed to be falsified. The second scenario is if Mr. Trump were not to become president elect he would never have paid back Mr. Cohen. Why? For a number of reasons which are irrelevant for now. If those scenarios were in play, Mr. Trump gamble the presidency for $500,000. This was a bad decision. Mr. Trump should have paid the damn NDA himself, close the books and move on with the election. But greed got in the way. Why would a billionaire not put $500,000 himself into this nonsense instead of jeopardizing the presidency? Greed. Also, on a more global base, because the USA is under a SUBVERSION PROCESS well implemented by the communist country of the world since the ’90s. The third step is well on its way. Chaos is everywhere. Bidden is acting as a true Marxist socialist leader while Mr. Trump is at the other end. When a man walk in New York with a sign board saying “Bidden and Trump are on the same side to turn the USA into a fascist country” and immolate himself, you have to ask yourself at what point are we falling back into tribalism. Nobody cares anymore. You can see how deep his statement is becoming an actual possibility. This event would have never been silence before the media convergence in the 60’s, 70’s. What’s truly sad is that the objectivist movement, its podcast, talk shows, comments, critics bring nothing into reality. It sits on the side line in terms of action. Concretely, it does very little to stop the division between the parties and the Americans. That’s what the objectivist movement has become. A self-observing useless egoistic movement which lacks courage and action to step in when the country needs it the most. That’s quite weird, in my opinion. There is a level of cowardliness in the objectivism movement. Everyone criticizes but lack leadership. It’s sad because I am an objectivist myself. Today, it lacks a true leader. Only Ayn Rand would have had the courage to step in today and do what’s necessary. This is how courageous she was. I miss here every day and I never met her. I found this situation quite disappointing. If you write a book about Fascism, you should be out there fighting the system or at least have an apprentice doing it for you. Otherwise, don’t publish it for it become a useless tool against the enemy. The USA has been at war since the 2000s. In a demoralization war, indoctrination war by the communist college of this country who saw too many of them become the useful idiot of the Russian. Most American are just realizing this now. Know that this is ain’t an attack against Mr. Brooks or Mr. Peikoff. It’s simply an actual observation on the limitation of objectivism. It can’t act generally, only specifically. It has become itself a minority which does very little to preserve the USA. I would say it has actually done the opposite. It helps destroy it by turning people into individualistic people who are careless about politics, about power. Objectivism is trapped into its own limitations, non-compromising and it lacks power. In the end, it serves only Atlantis, which is still a platonic fiction. It cannot do much to stop the empire from collapsing because no reasonable men can reach the top in politics.
A friend noted we should all alter the prevailing orthodoxy slightly to prove a point. Instead of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), start calling it by the more appropriate, (to the results it will achieve), Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity (DIE).
Arguably the current obsession of the media and political classes with woke ideas such as ‘critical race theory’, BLM, DEI, etc traces to the agenda for world domination proposed by the Italian Marxist philosopher, Antonio Gramsci (1891-1937). He held that a communist revolution like that in Russia would not occur in western democracies and that the only way would be to infiltrate Marxist ideas into schools, universities, the media and judiciary.
In 1985 a KGB defector (https://bigthink.com/the-present/yuri-bezmenov/) reckoned that the main purpose of the KGB was to do exactly that. He said that the first stage of the subversion, which he called ‘demoralisation’ is characterised by individuals not realising that their moral sense has been subverted. They could recognise only the instilled world view and no amount of facts or experience could change them. He said that this was accomplished in the USA by 1985.
We can argue about dates and possible causes but not about the current state of affairs.
Intriguing. That is two days in a row I’ve had my desire to avoid California increased. Yesterday it was reading about a new(?) law that if you choose to leave California they will assess an exit tax on all your assets.
