Recently, in a presentation at the LevelUp conference in Atlanta, I revealed themes and concepts from my forthcoming book, The Happiness Experiment. The book discusses the importance of happiness planning and introduces the concept of the “prequest,” which is an inheritance granted before the grantor passes away. More deeply, the book is about how being deliberate in creating happiness can transform our lives. It is currently undergoing final editing and other preparation for publication.
Below are a few photos from my presentation, along with the presentation itself.

Congratulation for pusplishing your book. I watch the presentation. It was inspiring. I have myself been working on a book about Ayn Rand for 15 years. But life get in the way. I have to pay the bills and end up having to stop focusing on the project. I am the kind of person who can only write if i am able to focus daily on the matter. I have yet more than 4000 pages written about Ayn Rand. I have 3 novels, but I can’t commit to finish the final steps. I may fear success and failure. It is as if I wanted to write for myself without admitting it. At 52, maybe my fire is slowly lighting out. WIll I ever have the time to finish it. Anyway. Just sharing some though about writing. Again, congratulation for publishing your book.
