The LevelUp 2023 conference, produced and directed by Craig and Sarah Biddle, was a fabulous success. Nearly 600 young people from around the world descended on Phoenix, AZ to attend lectures and breakout sessions on topics ranging from personal growth to politics to education to the arts. In my estimate, LevelUp lived up to its promise to be “the most life-enhancing conference of the year.”
Among the highlights for me were: “Atomic Strategy: Why and How to get 1% Better Every Day” by James Clear, whose book Atomic Habits (which I’ve read and can recommend) has sold 15 million copies; “Fitness for Flourishing—in 20 Minutes a Week” by John Little, co-author of Body by Science and former coach to Dr. Leonard Peikoff; and “Foods for Flourishing: The Science as It Stands” by Max Lugavere.

Objectivism is on the move around the world, and it’s a distinct pleasure to see the growing numbers of people involved.
